Nigel Nicholas was born May 3, 1990 and grew up in Rossville, Georgia--one of a few east coast recruits.
Nigel Nicholas attended Rigeland High School. Rivals put him as a top 30 pick at tight end and was also an all-area, all-region, and all-district selection offensively and defensively.
During his senior year, Nigel Nicholas grabbed 12 passes and hauled them in for 286 yards. He also notched 70 tackles, 16 of which were for loss and 8 were quarterback sacks. In 2008 he redshirted.
